Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ali Shamaji, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Return Eligibility:

You may return eligible clothing items within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

* Be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

* Be free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, makeup, or any signs of use.

* Have all original tags, labels attached.

* Not be altered, washed, ironed, or damaged in any way.

* Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Ali Shamaji reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Process

All returns and exchanges must be completed in person at our store.

We do not offer:

* Online return requests.

* Courier or postal return services.

* Home pickup for returned items.

Inspection of Returned Items

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it complies with our return policy.

If the item meets all return requirements, your return or exchange will be processed accordingly.

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, washing, missing tags or any condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, the return or exchange request may be declined.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed at the store where the return is completed.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has successfully passed the inspection process and complies with all conditions outlined in this policy.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange eligible items within 15 days, subject to stock availability.

If the desired replacement item:

* Costs more than the original purchase, the customer must pay the price difference.

* Costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded in accordance with our store policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
